Free submit services have been restored with minor adjustment. New free submit accounts require a manditory reciprocal link. Category restrictions have also been lifted. All other rules listed on our submit form and in our TOS apply.

The Low Down for Working Webmasters
I recently had to modify the gallery submit program due to personal reasons so that I may concentrate solely on products and services for the webmaster community. By the response I have received, or lack thereof, it appears that the changes I made went a little too far and the details were, well, a little too detailed; so here's the update that everyone has been waiting for.
If you are a working webmaster or gallery submitter interested in joining 69 Sex Blvd, you are welcome to apply for a Free Partner Submit Account. What I require in return is that a reciprocal link be included with all galleries and that your galleries are submitted to the appropriate categories. No link lists, CJ sites, FPAs, front ends or other non gallery submissions are allowed. Galleries submitted to the wrong categories will be deleted. All other rules as stated on the submit page and our TOS apply.
When filling out the form for your Free Partner Submit Account, please include your Real First and Last name, along with 3 sample galleries. I like to know who is who and will not share this information with anyone. Only one submit account is allowed per webmaster, no exceptions!
Special No-Recip Submit Account Option
A special No-Recip Submit Account option is available for those who make a one time financial contribution of $25 or more to help with my family support and health issues.
This special offer is in effect until the end of the year, afterwhich I will be charging $25 per year. In exchange for your support now, you will receive life time no-recip access and exclusive support services that will only be available to Paid No-Recip Submit members starting January 1, 2011.

- No Image Hot Linking... Some large services have started hot linking gallery content. I consider this bandwidth and content theft, which will never happen here.
- No Circle Jerking... This service does not participate in CJ practices, which only serves to annoy surfers and syphen off traffic.
- Minimal In-House Advertising... Unlike other sites of a similar nature, advertising is kept to an absolute minimum so that our members enjoy as much traffic as possible.
